The objective is to link people who need help with those who are willing to help.
The app will provide a simple chat interface in order to communicate effectively, and provide the means to allow users to take that communication on a separate channel.
The app will be developed using the framework Flutter. Behind the scenes, it uses the Dart programming language. The backend will be supported entirely by Firebase Cloud Firebase and Firebase Cloud Functions.
I worked in a cross-functional team. As the main UX/UI designer, I was involved in all phases of the project, from helping mapping out some of the problem to delivering final designs.
Qualitative Research, UX Design, Visual Design, Prototyping and Testing

Defining the User
Understanding the Why with User Research
Through the support of the team and PO, I encouraged our team to leverage user research and testing to validate any solutions before any redesigning.
We conducted different interviews to identify pain points, Opportunity and insights. I found patterns in users perceptions and tasks and my findings in the form of a persona.
Card sorting, different demographics of users and their pain points.
The app has to be easy to navigate because of the different types of users.
It has to be very clear, the messaging communication, should work seamlessly.
User Journey Flow
Creating UX flow helps me to understand the whole user journey and covering all the screens.
We had a list of screens to cover all scenarios so I started to do grayscale wireframes to detail out the flows. In this step I also made a mid-fidelity prototype to test the idea with users and fix the problems in the early stage.
